Mr. Menchini will serve as a Managing Director at NSI, bringing 20 years of professional experience in public sector information technology and business development to the firm. Mr. Menchini brings executive leadership and on-the-ground experience executing strategies focusing on sales-driven outcomes and return on investment for C-suite clients, especially in the Technology industry. Prior to joining NSI, Mr. Menchini served as New York City Chief Information Officer (CIO), Commissioner of the NYC Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT), CIO for the New York City Department of Education and Vice President of Information Technology at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Menchini has also held senior executive roles at technology firms that include CA, Northrop Grumman and Cisco.
